James Hayes

Mr. Hayes is a Family Law attorney who is proficient in matters including, but not limited to, Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity Actions, Child Custody and Visitation, and Child/Spousal Support. Mr. Hayes additionally has a background in criminal prosecution and landlord/tenant law, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how much family law matters can impact other aspects of life. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2022 where he was President of the Santa Clara Law School Chapter of the American Constitution Society and Vice President of the Criminal Law Society.
