Attorney
Ms. Khan was born and raised in Stockton, California. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Communication from the University of California, Davis. She then attended MTI College, where she received her Paralegal degree. Ms. Khan went on to earn her Juris Doctor (JD) from Golden Gate University School of Law, with an emphasis in Family Law, Litigation, and Public Interest Law.
During law school, Ms. Khan was a Merit Scholarship recipient and received numerous honors, including the Witkin Awards for Trial Evidence and Advocacy. She actively participated in her university’s Mock Trial competitions, reaching the finalist round, and was selected for the university’s Summer Litigation Program, which focused on litigation and trial advocacy skills. She later served as Assistant Director of the Litigation Center, assisting incoming students in developing their legal and litigation skills.
After graduating, Ms. Khan gained practical experience working at family law firms and the San Joaquin Public Defender’s Office, further honing her litigation and advocacy expertise.
